I plead no contest to a grand theft charge it was my first offense I received probation and a adjunction withheld. I am currently on probation but I just got a great job . They are planning on running a background check on me what will show up?

Hopefully you disclosed this to your employer as it will show up. Explain that you are not convicted of this because the judge felt it was not bad enough for you to be convicted. It will show but many employers do not understand a withhold so take the time to explain before they get an answer.
