If I agreed to dismiss with prejudice an order to show cause hearing in regards to child support can I re-open it at any time and where I left off if the other side does not fullfill their obligation? Or do I need to have it dimissed withou prejudice?
Answer
It must be without prejudice. With prejudice means the same as if a final ruling was issued against you.
