My sons father has threaten me through text messages that are not direct but his wife has informed me how he has told her his plan on murdering me. how do i go about getting a restraining order before he is kicked out of the army for disturbing medical reasons... i am afraid not only me but also for my son. he will do anything to make my life a living hell.

1. Go to the police in your community to report the threat.
2. Report the threats and the plan to the military, preferably his unit where he is located.
3. Request a restraining order and modification of his parenting time in the paternity case(It sounds as if you were never marrried).
