Yup. Reasonable inspections to assure lease compliance and look for maintenance issues are perfectly legal. Why wouldn't they be?

Read your lease, all those issues are covered in commercial leases. Even if not mentioned, the landlord always has the right to inspect any time, on reasonable notice, such as 24 hours.
