Has anyone know of a windshield braking by hardly hitting it my daughter bumped it with her head and it broke could it had been a bad windshield?
A windshield is designed to be relatively tough on the outer surface but flex and even break if struck gently from the inside surface - rather than being completely rigid and injure the person whose head hits it. Windshields are exactly that, "wind-shields". They are just enough protection to keep the wind, rain, and small pebbles off our faces - not to keep us in the vehicle - that is the purpose of our seat belts.
A windshield that breaks when a child's head strikes it gently is doing its job perfectly.
