I got caught shoplifting in Utah, the items were valued at about 8 dollars. This is my first offense, I am a 19 year old Hispanic male. I would like this to not show up on a record that influences future job applications. However, the real issue is money, after just paying for tuition and books, my budget is almost nonexistant
