I painstakingly prepared a delayed appeal.seemingly, a waste of two years of my time as the eighth district court of appeals wasted no time sending me post-cards denied, denied, denied, and denied.why, as smart as these people think they are, did the appellate court justices deny my delayed appeal without giving me an explanation or set forth the reasons why it was denied??

Appellate courts it seems look for any reason they can find to deny an appeal. Call me directly and I will take a look. 216.952-1990. There are so many ways to lose an appeal. Roughly 5% are successful.
