Is having a novelty license plate on the front of the car illegal in Ontario?
Yes. In fact i just received a 170$ fine for having a novelty plate on the front of my jeep. The police told me it was actually an arrestable offense and they could have towed my jeep. So be very cautious as the police nowadays rarely look out for your safety, 9 times out of ten they want revenue.
