In Florida, tenants are on a month to month lease. I have chosen to not renew the lease and gave the required 30-day notice of such. Now the tenant is refusing to vacate the property. What action can be taken to remove them?
Answer
Month to month termination actually only requires 15 days. If you have given proper notice and they have not vacated, you have to evict. You file suit.
