I want to become a real estate broker in MA but i dont want to have to work 3 years as an agent first. If i open and LLC can I just apply to the board to be the broker for the LLC without having to work 3 years as an agent.

I am afraid you cannot. I would suggest that you find a broker, who you think you can work with and wait the three years.
