i want to know if i can return a used car even though i bought as an "as is" car because i am under aged and i am the only one that signed the contract; when i asked the dealer they said that it was enough that my dad was with me when i signed it?
Answer
As you might imagine, there are a number of considerations involved here...such things as (1) did your father also sign the agreement or (2) did he provide verbal agreement to your signing the contract; (3) what is specifically wrong about the vehicle; (4) how much you stand to lose in simply not paying for the car...etc. So, a quick conversation with an attorney would be the best next step.
