I got a speeding ticket and when I went to appear they informed me that I can not make payments and do traffic school the same time. So my question is after I make the payments can I then qualify for traffic school to remove the points from my record

Courts are now requiring that all fines be paid first before they allow you to do traffic school. Once you complete traffic school point will be removed!

Judge has discretion to allow payments and ts, but is it worth it to go to court again and ask?
