I have been married 16 yrs.. My husband is wanting a Divorce. We have a home that Both of our names are on the Title & we own a Camper that Both of our names are on the Title. He is Stating they are BOTH his & I DO NOT get to choose if I want one of them! He payed 1,000.00 for the camper & even though Both of our names are on it, he payed for it...so it is ALL his. He is a Alcoholic & he is VERY VERBAL & MENTAL ABUSIVE!! I have LIVED through this for Years! I NEED to know my RIGHTS! I work just as hard as him! but, he is Threatening me, that I am NOT Entitled to ANYTHING! Please Help!! Thanks!

You are entitled to an equitable division of marital assets. He is only trying to bully you into giving up your rights. Don't take legal advice from him! Go see an attorney immediately. If you cannot afford one, then go to your local Legal Aid office for assistance. You absolutely must have an attorney to protect your legal rights, because he is not going to offer you a fair settlement.
