I was married on June 12th 2009 by Justice of the peace Lisa C. King in St Tammany parish La. We did this in front of 150 family and friends. We signed a marriage licence that did not have a seal on it. Am I married?

Is Ms. King was authorized to do the wedding, and if the license had not lapsed because you waited too long to use it, and if you, your fiancee, Ms. King and the witnesses signed the license, and it was dated, AND neither you nor your fiancee were forced to say I DO, then you are married.
