I plead guilty to 3rd degree retail fraud. I already had sentencing but the case isn't closed yet because I have not completed my economic awareness class. It will be closed sept 17th. I didn't know it would go on my record and I work in the healthcare industry and was hoping to go back and ask the judge not to put it on my record.
