My Dad passed away April 20th, 2010 and left a Last Will and Testament which I just went and got copy of. My question is if I am his only child and my step-mother is the Executor over his Will am I entitled to anything even when nothing is listed on the will which wa Probated 3 days after his burial. Just curious

Assuming that the will is valid, you get whatever the will says you get.
