Does temperature effect drying time for tints?
Yes, the warmer the temperature the faster it should dry, if you keep it out in the sun for a while it should in a sense bake on to your window rather than if you left it in the shade or in the cold the adhesive would take a longer time to bond and wouldn't bond as well.
