How do I file a No Contact restraining order on someone who is harassing & threatening me in another state?
I am in Los Angeles and the person harassing me is in Las Vegas. She is my boyfriends ex wife and is constantly threatening my boyfriend and I. She is also trying to blackmail us into not seeing each other anymore. Now she is threatening to harass my mother. Legally, is there anything I can do? Lastly, can anyone recommend me to a pro bono lawyer who will take on this case?
