I am the custodial parent and the only time that the non-custodial parent can spend any time is after work at 7 pm and wants to keep over night , every night and drop off to school in the morning every day. I don't receive any child support and what do I do?

My first question is why don't you receive child support?
Do you have current court orders and a court of continuing jurisdiction?
If not, then you are not the custodial parent and you need court orders immediately.
