Answer

This is a four point ticket. Depending upon your driving history, there is a possiblity that I can get the points reduced for you. Please call my office to discuss your case in more detail. Thank you.

Answer

You should definately go to Court because by merely paying the ticket you are depriving yourself of the opportunity to speak to the Prosecutor to have the points reduced. If you have any points on your license then you want to try and minimize or avoid the points. Please feel free to call my office to discuss the matter further, I would be happy to talk to you if you are still unsure how to proceed. (201)-342-5030
