Only an attorney that is very familiar with all of the circumstances of your case will be able to answer your questions. I'm not seeing anything that would lead me to believe that you are entitled to alimony at this point but I don't know all of the facts. You should hire an experienced family law attorney right away.

It sounds like a weak case for alimony. You can claim alimony but I doubt that you'll get it. William S. Stern
