Question

i sold a car to a friend for $2000 dollars, we have a notarized contract but she says i wrote "gift" on the seller price on the title. I suede her for not paying and now she told me that because it says gift on the seller price the contract we have is void and that i will not only lose the small claim but that i will be getting in trouble. in other words no money and no car since i signed it to her

Answer

Not sure how a judge is going to rule on this. You have the contract. You need to waive it a million times in front of the judge. She signed it.
