If I have filed form BCS/CD-700 and received my certificate along with my 6 digit number is that all I have to do to have an LLC in Michigan? I was told I may not have a true LLC.
Answer
Just filing the forms and paying a fee arenot enough to gain LLC protection. You need a corporate setup and must follow certain procedures yearly. Contact me at kliszlaw.com to get started. Tim Klisz
