me and my ex wife split 10 yrs ago and she was pregant she said it was the boyfriend baby and he signed the birth cerficate now the split after ten years and said baby might be mine now do i have any legal obligations

If the DNA test comes back "positive," then you'll be a father. You can ask for custody. If Mom gets custody, you'll be ordered to pay child support.
