My driver license is supanded for no Insurance
Police officers took my tag but they didn't take
My license I did set a court date and im going to insurance
Paied will I be able to show the judge that the car
Is insured when I go. Will the judge throw it out?
This happend in florida.

As an attorney, I can often get the judge to dismiss the charge when I show the judge it has been paid. However, the judge is merely using his discretion. In other words, the judge doesn't have to, but sometimes they sometimes they don't. The judge's biggest concern will be the status of your license. If you can show that your license has been reinstated, then the judge is more likely to give you favorable treatment.
Answer
If your license was suspended because of failure to carry insurance you must obtain insurance and go the DHSMV with proof of the insurance (do not drive since your license is suspended). Once there, request to have your license reinstated. Take proof that your license is no longer suspended to court with you and ask the judge to dismiss the charge.
The judge's willingness to do so will depend on you record. Have you done this before? Do you have an otherwise bad driving record etc.
