my parents have a will. the estate is to be split equally among their natural children. in the event of the death of one of their natural children, that part will go directing the the departed child's children. Ok. I have a sister in law that insists she has a full 50 % interest in the estate. My brother (her husband ) is still alive. Does she have any interest in the estate?

No. She does not have ANY standing or claim to the estate. She can not contest the will either.
