Question

We are selling a truck to a friend they have payed about half and we had a falling out and they have not made a payment in two weeks. And will not answer call or text from us do we have to give there money back if the don't wont the truck

We still have the truck also

Answer

I've already suggested what you could do if this "friend" continues to

default on his promise to pay the full amount that was agreed to as the selling price for this vehicle.

And, no, as long as you have a valid contract (either written or verbal)

concerning this transaction, there's no legal reason as to why you would

have to refund the money you've already received for this truck merely because the buyer may now have contracted a bad case of so-called buyer's

remorse".

Once you've received the full payment due, you should inform the buyer that you will then promptly sign the truck's title over to him and deliver the vehicle into his possession.
